Shell
- The Need: Increase the inspection frequency of extensive medium- and high-voltage power networks while reducing operational costs, environmental impact, and safety risks associated with traditional helicopter-based inspections, particularly in remote or hard-to-access areas.
- The Solution: Deployment of routine drone flights combined with Artificial Intelligence-powered image analysis to inspect large-scale power networks more frequently, accurately, and safely, even in challenging terrain. This capability, certified by Shell Aircraft , reduces inspection and reporting times to one-third of the conventional process.
Pan American Energy
- The Need: Challenges in the early detection of failures and delayed emergency response due to the need for long personnel travel times and the lack of real-time monitoring. Reduction of high operational costs and safety risks for field operators.
- The Solution: More than 12 Artificial Intelligence models trained on field-collected imagery to identify critical elements and operational anomalies. Preventive and reactive savings through: Detection of unauthorized objects: pallets, bulk bags, rods, and counterweights. Missing fencing around Artificial Lift Infrastructure (ALI/AIB). Missing belt guards. Detection of vehicles and personnel. Oil spill detection on the ground. Wellhead spill detection. Production bridge recirculation detection. Fluid level monitoring in chemical injection kits.
